Naman Midtown, Mumbai

Naman Midtown is a high-end commercial office complex located in a prime locality. The main tower comprises of a rectangular flat slab structure with a central shear wall core and two smaller shear wall cores along the shorter edges and a perimeter moment frame. The spans are about 11.5 m c/c. The adjacent smaller tower is square with a string central shear wall core with some perimeter columns springing out of a transfer truss below.

Shapath V- Savvy Infrastrucutre, Ahmedabad

The Shapath V hotel and office tower, 17 floors high, was the tallest commercial hub in Ahmedabad - Gandhinagar when built. The complex comprises of the hotel tower with ductile moment RC frames with some shear walls and the office tower with a flat slab building with ductile shear walls. This complex comprises of three towers, Naman Centre, Naman Chambers of about 15 suspended slabs and Naman Corporate Link with 9 slabs. The two end towers are rectangular flat slab structures with shear wall cores while the central tower is a single large span flat slab structure.
